Your mandate
- Ensure the opening, closing, and maintenance of the client area
- Manage the rental bike fleet and maintain sports equipment inventories
- Manage various documents related to bike rentals and risk management, such as liability waivers.
- Control admissions and invite visitors to pay entrance fees.
- Compile statistics about visitors on the IT platform
- Receive and process customer complaints
- Provide visitors with appropriate information on the products and services offered by the nature space.
Profile wanted
- Being 18 years old and possessing a valid driver's license
- To be in good physical shape
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Excellent ability to work with the public
- Sense of responsibility, leadership, and good stress management
- Ability to work in a team and in an outdoor environment
- Manual dexterity
- Hold accredited sports patrol training, including first aid and CPR certification (asset) and CPR certification (asset).
Your working conditions
- Seasonal position 32 hours/week
- Stable schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
